“It is difficult to rate this. It was denied initially, but then an identical claim was accepted. When writing back to air advisor, they accepted the case again. And the remuneration was split between me and air advisor 50% because of legal involvement. I don't really know what happened. I am happy to get something, but I don't know anything about what really happened!!”
