“To start the process was fairly easy. The site is relatively easy to navigate, the only difficulty was that I had to restart filling in the necessary details as the page did not react. After completion, however, I did not have to wait long for compensation. I expected a much longer process. All in all it was about 5-6 weeks. Communication was constant regarding the status of my compensation. I am absolutely satisfied with the service.”
