“Este o idee buna,ptr faptul ca orice pasager are o problema in momentul refuzari imbarcari.De exemplu cazul meu copii au ramas singuri ,am pierdut si eu si sotul ziua de munca,sefi sau suparat pe noi ca nu am ajuns la servici la data care trebuia.”

“In 2019 i was overbooked at an iberia flight madrid Costa Rica. I filled a complaint directly 2 times with the aircompany as a lot of people advises without sucess. Last January 2022 i filled my complaint with airdvisor and 2 weeks ago i received the good news that it was sucessfull. I paid 50% of the total compensation as it needed to go to court (is mentioned on the conditions when you file the complaint,so no surprises here). I just receive the compensation 3 days ago in my account. Quick and accurate. It took one year to have news from the case but i feel very happy with the solution, as i was even waiting for it anymore! Thank you airadvisor!”
