“This was a very distressing experience with BA as I felt completely powerless in this situation. Trip bought and paid for 3 months prior yet this high-handed decision to arbitrarily bump my wife and I off of our flight, with significant disruptive consequences. A friend recommended that I visit the AirAdvisor website to seek compensatory redress. The process was seamless as long as you could provide any requested documentary support. Very satisfying to get something back from this greedy airline. Funds deposited directly to my account. Thank you AirAdvisor team!!”
