“A cause d'une empanne sur ma voiture et J'ai pris un taxi.Alors que j'étais là-bas à 5 h 30 ou 31 pas plus. Malheureusement ils ont refusé malgré plusieurs essais avec eux. Dommage ona raté mais j'espère d'avoir un remboursement au moins pour réserver une autre fois.Merci pour votre compréhension”

“It was very confusing because of being bumped from the Qatar flight and messed about, then to Lufthansa and delayed on that part of the journey, who was ultimately responsible? It is also confusing because when putting in the flight details are you looking for the original flight details or the final details.”
