“That is not cause of overbooking.there is a man named Dumitru .He is flight ordinator he illegally stopped and also manhandled me.iafter that i wait there for my logged 2.5 hour.i am mantely shocked by his behaviour i am in trauma.i lost about 60€to taxi”
