“Fui discriminada por ter de ter assistencia em cadeira de rodas. Fui maltratada por duas funcionarias da airfrance. Faltei a uma reuniao de trabalho e nem Sequer perguntaram durante o processo onde se colocava esse facto.”

“Took me a while to fill out the forms. Had to go back and forth while I scanned documents. It might have been useful at the beginning to say that you'll have to provide us with a bunch of documents relating to your claim ad have those ready to upload. A bit misleading to say no cost to file a claim...however, there is a cost if you are successful in winning my claim. I would have liked to have that info upfront. If you are successful, though, I'm happy to pay the fee to save the hassle of all the paperwork.”
