“Uluro, Kata Djuta and The Canyon are amazing, the tour is ok. I would like the guide to make more games or activities to get to know each other, on the other hand, he had to do everything on his own. It is too much work for only one guide.”
“Really wasn't the best, bad food , guide bossy and not polite, it was just the way emili talked to some customers not me, but I think thats not acceptable.
Otherwise she helped me to get my fligth on time that was very nice. But yeah you cannot tell to customers ,to do something they do not want and tell them shut up I don' wanna hear you, thats not way you treat your customers .”
“We enjoyed the tour so far. We just have some comments:
The pickup was not well organised, we were pickup on time but he had to go to the airport and after go to the cultural center where the guide had to leave to pick up more people.
The bus was so so so old, dirty, smelly. It had not seat belts for the passengers. Thanks god we did not have any accident.
The food was good but all nourriture was storage in an sky for 3 days ... not sure if this is very safe to keep it fresh.
The swags provided were disgusting. So dirty and smelly. I had to sleep on top of it.
In the overall, we liked the experience but please pay more attention on the comments I have made.
