“The places here are amazing and definitely worth seeing, but you would be better off with another tour company. Although as advertised the bus had air conditioning, our tour leader decided not to use it because it slows the bus down. This meant that not only did we not have any relief from the unbearable heat, but our tour leader and driver seemed at high risk of falling asleep at the wheel, relying on caffeine, a nap and open windows to keep himself awake. At times he was also insensitive to the different cultures on the tour, and even those with good English struggled to understand him.”
