“Quality product, great customer service. Went above and beyond to help make correction to err on banner and sent a new one to fix mistake. Only one problem. Fault of my own no grommets. I bought a kit to put on the banner. It would be so much better to have them as part of the order. I must not have checked that while checking out. Thank you for your product and service. I will use this service again.”

“I ordered the plastic hangers because it said they were stronger than the grommets, but you have to apply them yourself. The one banner was folded over on two sides, and the others were left raw, and then the smaller banner was raw on the edge and there was a white border. So I had to leave the border and apply the tabs myself. It didn't look great. If you order the grommet version they finish the edges for you and the grommets are already applied. I didn't see any of this described when I ordered. Also the holes in the plastic hangers are too small to string rope through them.”
