“The banners are always great. The fed ex delivery service is horrible. I did not get the banners delivered to me. I had to drive 35 minutes to pick them up at a FedEx distribution center. If you can offer an option between fedex and UPS that would be appreciated.”

“The red coloring is almost an orange, and worse, it is very light so I have to go buy some bright red acrylic paint and paint over it. I am truly bummed for that reason. The banner did turn out exactly as I asked, just not good colors. Did I order 4 x 20? This says 3 x 8, really??? There will have to be some art work to fill in the large white space. That was my fault in not planning well. Anyway you get 3 stars. Thanks, An.”

“Quality product, great customer service. Went above and beyond to help make correction to err on banner and sent a new one to fix mistake. Only one problem. Fault of my own no grommets. I bought a kit to put on the banner. It would be so much better to have them as part of the order. I must not have checked that while checking out. Thank you for your product and service. I will use this service again.”
