“I ordered the plastic hangers because it said they were stronger than the grommets, but you have to apply them yourself. The one banner was folded over on two sides, and the others were left raw, and then the smaller banner was raw on the edge and there was a white border. So I had to leave the border and apply the tabs myself. It didn't look great. If you order the grommet version they finish the edges for you and the grommets are already applied. I didn't see any of this described when I ordered. Also the holes in the plastic hangers are too small to string rope through them.”

“My customer service experiences was 11/10! The only complaints are that the colors maybe weren't as vibrant as I would have liked. That easily could have been my fault as well though. The other thing is that shipping was a bit pricey.”

“I ordered my banner for my son's high school graduation on 5/30/18 and he was to graduated on 6/8/18. The banner was scheduled to arrive on 6/6/18. I paid extra for 2 business day delivery. However, the banner never came on the expected date and when I called BOTC, the representative told me the package was lost!! There was no shipping or tracking information!! Sad to say I had to construct a last minute poster board banner for my son's HIGH SCHOOL graduation. I am very upset with the business and not sure of future with you.”
