“Only problem is the carrying case. The zipper on it was busted upon delivery.”

“I asked to see a proof before production. That request was never acknowledged. The image I was concerned about is blurry and unacceptable.”

“Paid extra for quick shipping. Not only did it not come then but it arrived after when it should have if I had regular shipping then making it late for my event. I purchased from here because I previously had a good experience but this was my second and last time. The email asking me to fill out this review was the only email I received in regard to my order. That being said the product was decent but it is outsourced and not made in their facilities.”

“In theory good product. Color was good. Time to print was fast. There was a yellow line going across some of the print though, there was a bend and an indentation on the canvas. Don't know if that was just this one, or this happens”
