“Didn't ship the banner on time and, despite paying extra for expidited shipping, shipped using UPS ground which was delayed 2 days past the anticipated delivery date. When I called about this, the customer service did not offer to refund the shipping for the mistake. I was not able to use my banner for the conference I bought it for. What a waste.”

“Never received and have not been refunded. Very disappointed had to pay double for another company to do so my client could not be without their order.”
