“The product was received inoperable. I immediately contacted the company and was promised a replacement would be sent. They let almost a week go by before advising they would not be able to meet my delivery date for my exhibition. The customer service tried to convince me there was nothing they could do in terms of expediting, refund, or anything. Needless to say, I did not have an operable banner for my function. They issued a partial refund and a redo, which was supposed to arrive 2 days after my event and did not arrive until 5 days after my event. Their prices are good, but the service is not reliable.”
