“I'm so disappointed the stand broke at first use.”

“I appreciate a free stand and case. We used to be very impressed with the quality of the stand and case. That is not so this time. The stand is difficult to use and the amount of metal around the banner pole opening in the base is so thin, I do not expect it to last long. The material on the carrying case is very thin and already starting to tear.”

“Great. There is some pixelation but the customer service rep worked with me and I knew that was going to happen with the image file I used.”
