“I should have started this project a month sooner. A small problem happened when I created an image with my face (in full resolution) combined with images from comic book pages I illustrate (lower resolution jpegs). This flagged the order as a pixelated image and delayed shipment. In a panic, I contacted one of your people on the phone on a Friday and got the order expedited to arrive in time next week. It cost me another $125 in overnight shipping but at least the banners reached me in time, so that part was good. This was a case of me the customer not concerned with some parts of the image pixelated (dithered?) because so long as my ugly mug was in full focus the message of the banner would work. So it all worked out in the end.”
