“I purchased a retractable banner and was thrilled with how crisp and clean the image was, how well made the stand and mechanisms are, and how lightweight it is! As a short, old lady I have no problem setting the banner up or carrying the stand in its case. Better still was the email I got seconds after ordering telling me my image would be too blurry. Allowing me to correct the banner image and make sure I had the best banner possible. Most places would have just sent the blurry banner and it'd be up to me to deal. I was very impressed with the quality, speed, and professionalism of the people who work here.”

“WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! Didn't meet the promised delivery date. Their website FALSELY claims ships in 24 hours. I paid extra for 2nd day delivery and they didn't meet the deadline. I called twice to verify ship date and they said all was good. When I called the day after it was supposed to ship, they said, "we are out of an item needed for your order. Sorry". Signs.com came through for me with superb communication and service!!”
