“My order was placed on a Tuesday before Thanksgiving. And printed the same day. The web site said it would be shipped out the next day after the order on a Wednesday. It did not ship out till Monday at 9:30 pm. so it took an extra 3 days to get to me and I was not able to have it on display at the expo I attended.”

“My family and I were very pleased with the outcome of the banner! My husband and I surprised my brother-in-law with the banner and it brought him to tears. He has a bread ministry where he feeds homeless people on a weekly basis and the banner was to celebrate 10 years of this of this effort. Needless to say, all that saw the banner marveled at how beautiful it was. Thank you, Banners on the Cheap for a job well done!”

“This is the second time I’ve purchased a banner and paid a premium for "express shipping," only to have it shipped the slowest way possible. Their scheme seems clear: they lure you in with fake estimated delivery dates during checkout to make you pay extra for faster shipping. Then, they ship it via the cheapest, slowest method and pocket the difference. When my banner didn’t arrive on time (again), they claimed that I was paying for a delivery date, not shipping speed. Sure, they refunded the shipping, but that doesn’t help me when I’ve spent time designing something for a one-time event. The banner didn’t arrive in time, making it completely useless. All my time, effort, and money were wasted. After this happened the first time, I was told to call next time and explain the urgency, and they’d ensure it was shipped express. I followed their advice, called, and was reassured it would be shipped express—yet they still shipped it UPS Ground. If you’re paying for Express Shipping, you expect Express service. This business’s approach is deceptive, and their customer service is all talk and no action. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for a reliable company.”
