“The banner printing was good but I wouldn't even give a star since my order was never printed and I never received an email or a phone call trying to notify me that my order was not going to be printed. Yet my credit card was charged right away without even printing my order. I have printed the same logo for several years now and never has a problem. I then had to pay expidited shipping of 109.99 to get in time. I was NOT happy about the service at all.”

“It turned out well, with one annoying exception: When it retracts it is almost impossible to get it to roll up straight, resulting in one of the plastic endcaps on the top bar to get stuck on the edge of the housing. Our first banner that you guys made for us a few years ago has never had this issue.”
