“The quality of these is amazing but I’m super disappointed with the color. It doesn’t look like balayage, it looks like brown hair that has high lights in it. There’s way more brown than blonde. I wish I could return these but I couldn’t tell with just the sample piece. The picture looks like a lot of blonde but some pieces are all brown with no blonde even.”
“I have purchased from Bellami for years and never had this problem. These most recent extensions are cheaply made, constantly shed and knot up easily. Do not purchase these the amount of shedding is unacceptable.”
“Awful, these were suppose to be blonde and dirty blonde root. This is what they really looked like. I ordered the Balayage #8 ash and #60 ash blonde. As you see the photo they advertise the next photo is what I actually received in the mail and not only had to pay about $500CAN for these I had to pay another $100 in custom fees and now its been such a headache to get refunded. I wouldn't waste your money or time.”
