“The band and shoe pod are extremely accurate and the app gives a lot of great insights. The only reason I gave it a 3 is because you cannot get data in real time and it takes a few minutes for your data to upload to the app. If you want to know your analytics you have to go into the app to see them on your phone. It would be great to have a screen on the band to view some real-time data”

“It takes too long to sync information, drains phone battery significantly. The straps were very uncomfortable and poorly designed. you had to charge them too frequently, they weren't waterproof, and the app was not user friendly. It was basicly a Glorified Fitbit that wasn't as functional”

“Biostrap is awesome! I bought because of hearing about other biometric trackers on a popular podcast and when I did my research the Biostrap just seemed like the logical choice. No monthly fee to use the app and all the feedback it gives me is what I really love about it and now I have a lot more motivation to improve my health and to see the benefits. I highly recommend the Biostrap and I’m so glad I made this purchase.”

“I purchased the biostrap set, with wristband HRM, in September and I wanted to take a little time before I reviewed it. This could be a fantastic product, however it seems as if I have to be on with support three to four times a week. Here are the issues: 1) very slow server sleep time biometric calculations. 2) I work out in the morning and I'm always having to wait a long time for recovery information. 3) have had to wait up to 3 hours for my sleep information to be processed. 4) I contact support and the response is usually to send me an article, when the issue is slow response on the server side. again, I work out in the morning, it's the first thing I do when I wake up. And I am depending on my sleep recovery data to be available quickly which will guide me into what type of workout I should be doing. If I have to wait a long time, because the server processing times are slow, I'm imagining there is a permanent solution that is not being pursued. This would be a fantastic product, best on the market, if not for slow server processing times, data getting lost, steps being under counted, engineering team not working to improve.”

“I bought Biostrap as i wanted my HRV data. I have been able to improve my HRV by almost 20 percents since using this 3 months ago. The actionable feedback and guidance on recovery is absolutely valuable for me to improve my training plan. Looking forward to have the next hardware upgrade!!”
