A bit about our chocolate biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our chocolate bake uses rich cocoa powder to give a luxurious, chocolatey taste.

“I ordered the card on the next day delivery option to arrive on my niece's birthday, but it arrived the day after her birthday so although the biscuit looked nice it was a pointless gesture, and i was suitably disappointed! :(”

With our Royal Mail next day delivery service, this is not a guaranteed delivery service. Your item can be delivered either 24 or 48 hours after dispatch. We do offer a courier nominated day service which is a guaranteed delivery service if you need your parcel on a specific day. I do apologise that this was not made clear to you at the point of sale.
