A bit about our chocolate biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our chocolate bake uses rich cocoa powder to give a luxurious, chocolatey taste.

“Very lovely but arrived late for my mum’s birthday. This was disappointing as I had paid extra for it to be delivered on her birthday. When I rang to speak to your ‘happiness team’ there was no reply . Left message but no one called back.... not such a great happiness team! Disappointed with service so would be reluctant to use again,”

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. I do apologise that you were disappointed with your Biscuiteers experience. The service you had selected for delivery was the normal Royal Mail Next Day service and not the upgraded courier next day service, and it is in the T's & C's of this service that whilst the majority of orders will be delivered on the nominated day, a small number (around 5%) will be delivered the following working day. We do our best to ensure this is clear at the checkout so I apologise that this was not as you expected.
