A bit about our chocolate biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our chocolate bake uses rich cocoa powder to give a luxurious, chocolatey taste.

“The biscuit was delivered safely to my friend on the day selected which I was happy with. The photo she sent me of he biscuit looked great and my message had been written on the biscuit! However, I was a little disappointed as I selected for a card to be added in at checkout so that my friend knew who the gift was from (it was being delivered straight to her home) but I found out that no card had been put in. Not a major thing but just slightly annoying as I had deliberately wanted a card to be in there and if I had not warned her beforehand she'd have had no idea who the biscuit was from.”

“Biscuit looked lovely, very pretty and well iced, however it was very disappointing as it tasted bland and dry. The sugar icing was very hard and too sweet. Will not be buying again unfortunately”

We are so sorry you were not happy with the taste of your biscuit, this is really disappointing and not the service we strive to achieve. Our biscuits are twice baked English style, and should have a texture between a shortbread and a gingerbread, so they should be on the hard side with a snap to them.
