“I received blinds that fit my window perfectly -- that was impressive to start. Also, I had no idea how to operate the cordless blinds so called and got a real person who immediately sent a youtube video showing proper instructions. They look great! My only dislike is I can't get them to close with the slats in an upward position. I can close them downward and also open with no problem. I'm sure the problem is in the operator.”

“Nice mini blinds. We applied them to doors, so they clang around a bit when we use the doors. Wish there was a way to secure them at the bottom...Measurements were accurate, shipping was prompt. We would deal with this company again.”

“This is the second set of blinds I have bought from Blindster. I was very satisfied the first order and since we got new windows installed we needed new blinds. We bought two blinds for a good price, shipping was free and received the product within 10 days. One of the blinds however was damaged. I called Blindster and after a photo sent showing the damage received a new blind, again within ten days, at no cost. I would highly recommend Blindster to friends and family.”

“Changing the louvers of the blind from pointing up to down and vice versa requires changing the length of the blind. This is a poor design, particularly for outside mounting on windows that have a lower ledge. Competittor's blinds are cordless, yet retain the side-mounted wand to control louver position. Theirs is a far superior design.”
