“Had difficulty getting proper width size, Probably partially my fault for not reading instructions carefully. Supposedly Blindster will replace blind with one in my specified width but haven't received it yet. Confident they will replace as promised.”

“The blinds themselves are a very good value, considerably less expensive than others on the market but with excellent quality. My only issue was customer service as I received an email saying my blinds had shipped and would arrive on XX day. Low an behold, that day came and I find the blind had not even been shipped yet. However, the blind did eventually arrive a few days later so all worked out. It just would have been better if they did not send an email saying my product had shipped until it actually left there dock.”

“This was my first time to order blinds online from Blindster . The instructions for measuring were clear and it was an simple process. When the blinds arrived via FedEx I was upset to find they had been bent in shipping. I thought I would have issues getting a new blind, but I was wrong. The customer service dept requested a couple of pictures and that was it. I was kept informed and the new blind was sent to me. Thanks so much- it looks great!”
