“The cordless blinds are awesome when it comes to raising or lowering them. I'm not pleased with the opening or closing of the slats. They are supposed to open or close by lifting the handle up or down but the only way I can open or close them is to raise or lower the blinds. This works, but is not as convenient as it should be. Also, the blinds were made too long and I had to insert more slats into the bottom than recommended.”
