“Blinds arrived quickly & were easy to install. One was damaged so I talked to a customer service rep. She was very helpful & provided instructions for getting a replacement. I love the look..no cords or wands. However, I still haven't quite mastered changing that tilt!”

“1st order of 8, 2 was delivered damaged, but blindster replaced. 2nd order of 7. 1 was missing from the order.. But blindster re shipped missing blind.. Great customer service, but shipping and packing has room for improvement.”
