“On May 1 2014 I received my order from Blindster via FedEx Ground. Package had been retaped at one pointand the box containing the mounting brackets was missing. I called customer service May 1 and was told they would call the manufacturer and would get the brackets out to me. 3 weeks later I still haven't received them. So this blind while it looks good does me no use leaning against the wall and not hanging on the window. Any help I can get from you would be appreciated. My order # is 331903. I need the outside mounting brackets for this blind. Thank you.”
