“These shades are very easy to install and provide perfect blackout, translucense, and, of course open completely for a full view. We discovered them many years ago, got the additional warranty (kids all over the house) and got fabulous support. When we got our new house, we knew right away what we needed and sales support was able to give us the same product under its new marketing name.”

“The blinds were delivered quickly and they are easy to install. I ordered 3 and 2 are great. My only issue is that one of them doesn't stay pulled down all the way to the windowsill no matter what I do. The bottom plastic part seems like it might be warped which could be causing the problem.”
