“Blinds came rather quickly, ordered 5 blinds, 4 came perfectly but the 5th missing parts and mounting hardware altogether, email to have shipped to me and email not received, I called customer service and they sent the parts and hardware out to me, I received them in about 5 business days, then all was good. Blinds are beautiful and fit perfectly.”

“Product worked out quite well. Housing is sturdy and solid despite outwards appearance of cheap plastic. Easy to operate. Blind was a touch on the short side (still reaches the full length, but gets pulled pretty taught)--I'll increase my length measurement a bit extra next time. Handles for raising and lowering snap in place but don't stick and some easily move side to side. Installation was a BREEZE! Very nice system. I would buy again.”
