“When I ordered my black out blinds I was shorted 1/2 in inch (window was 60 they sent a 59 1/2 ! Great black out feature except the 1/4 inch on both sides of my window! Doesn't seem like much but light beams in both sides so I'm not getting full advantage of room darking!! Not happy!!”

“I misjudged the size and weight of the headrail. Too large and heavy for application. Also, traditionally I have seen the room darkening portion on the top along with the light filtering portion on the bottom. This is reversed so I am unable to satisfy my client with this install.Do you have any suggestions?”

“I got these for my South facing living room. They are wonderful. The only thing that would make them better, is if they were available with a top down function. I'd like to see out, without needing the entire shade open.”

“Easy installation & love the cordless day/night option! One end cap was damaged in the shipping and I received a replacement part within days after calling customer service. Will definitely reorder in the future!”
