“I love my day/night pleated blinds and have recommended them to several friends. It darkens the room and keeps out the morning sun efficiently. My only complaint is the bracket that fits the middle adjust bar breaks routinely. Considering these blinds are opened each morning and closed every night, that part gets used more than anything else. It is only a plastic design and attaches with two little teeth on each side. We break at least one per month. Blindster has been great about sending me replacements, but in my opinion the design is poor that the most used component is not very sturdy! I have offered to buy them but must always involve customer service in order to make my request understood. If it could just be an accessory I could order as needed, I would be willing to just go online and order what I need.”

“These are great blinds, of high quality materials. I love that I can switch from light-filtering to blackout with hardly any effort. Everything works like a charm, and the order was shipped quickly, too. After searching for a long time, I'm glad I settled on these, because the value is great and cost was low.”
