“Love the shades. Disappointed with the order and shipping process. After 5 business day contacted you and was told the order had been filled and was being shipped the next day. After 2 more days the a shipping confirmation had not been received and called back. This time I was told they were still in production and would ship soon. Too a total of 10 business day to ship out. I don't appreciate the fact I was lied to. Good quality product but the production time and lies may force me to rethink business with blindster.”

“Blindster customer service handled an issue with my particular type of windows and promptly replaced them as they advertised. The Deluxe cordless day/night single cellular shades were east to install and the room looks so much richer with them. Keeps the morning sun out so my bride and our puppy can sleep longer. Easy to raise/lower over the wood blinds. We love them and will replace all of our other blinds with Blindster cellular shades. Jim & Myra Oakland, TN”
