“We ordered 3 cellular shades for our living room. The packages arrived within 10 days or so. When we pulled out the shades to install, however, we found that the package of screws were missing to hang them. A call to Blindster, and the screws arrived about 5 days later. We were able to hang the shades without too much difficulty, but I will say that they are much "thicker" than other cellular shades that I've seen. We ordered one for our front door, which is a full glass door. The problem we had was that the shade was so thick, that it didn't fit properly behind the door handle. Next call was to the door company to see if they offer an extension for the handle. They do, so we will purchase that to keep the shade from hitting the handle when we drop it down. We do like the fact that the shades are white on the exterior side. I cannot fairly determine the quality until we have actually used them for awhile. We do have to say that the value is pretty good, considering the price of window treatments these days. Customer service was very good. We may order other items in the near future.”

“Look, the shades are perfect, as are the previous shades that I have purchased. I have recommended Blindster to friends and relatives who are now customers. BUT, the five shades I ordered did not have enough of the brackets. My daughter's one shade came with three, but my five came with just five. 10 are needed, so I have only been able to install two of the shades. The others are waiting (now over two weeks) for Blindster to send enough brackets to hang the other shades. I ordered these about a month or so ago, so I am not pleased about this situation. I would think they would express ship brackets. because this is a major mistake. So here I sit and wait and look on line for similar brackets or some other solution because what good are shades if you cannot install them! Maybe I should return the remaining three shades and go with a different company. Meanwhile I continue to receive a couple of email ads every day from them...not to mention there is no customer service on weekends.”
