“We ordered blinds to replace a broken one and to have a couple of spares. We did not install the blinds, only hook them on existing brackets. When ordering, our customer service agent was Julie and she was very knowledgeable, helpful and personable, as was Kim whom we spoke with when we ordered replacement blinds about a year ago.”
