“Purchased these blinds for my new house. They look nice and block out over 2/3 sun light and being able to view inside from the outside. They are tough to pull down and are not the fastest to bring back up. I often have to let the blinds catch up to every couple of inches.”

Hi Ben, Since these shades are an insulating shade the air inside of the cells can get trapped which can cause the operation to be slower because when raising the air needs to release. This is usually something that occurs with Double Cellular Shades and Blackout Cellular Shades.
