“Blindster makes a difficult job easy! Blindster sells quality blinds at budget prices, and their employees are very helpful. We lost some of our blinds during an ice storm, and the Blindster representative found my old order from six years ago and helped me recreate the exact same measurements. The blinds are delivered quickly. Great service!”

“Picking the color was not too bad. I was in a hurry and did not order samples and just took a shot looking online. The color was very nice and better than I expected. We bought two of the same one to go into two small bedrooms. Now, the bedrooms feel peaceful with a subdued light coming in through the closed blind.”

Hello Danae, I am sorry that these shades are not what you thought you were ordering. I also am sorry that you never received a reply from us. I searched for an email from your email address but I can not find any email , I have notified our IT department about this to make sure there are no issues on our end with receiving emails. “Had to have order remade. In the first set, all the shades were 8" to 11" too long. Also, the "motors" in the shades were barely adequate to retract the shades. They just bunched up as they were raised. Eventually it was possible to get most of them to stay up all the way. The second set is better, but still don't raise properly. We didn't have these problems with a similar product from a major online competitor.”
