“I purchased these cellular blinds to deflect the heat and cold, which works well, BUT the larger blind needs to be pulled up regularly or it does not want to go up, issue I had with my old one too. otherwise they are excellent for my needs.”

I'm sorry that you are having problems with your cordless shades. The cordless cellular shades are designed to be self-correcting. To reset your cordless shades: Lower the shade down to its full height. Firmly hold the bottomrail with both hands and pull it towards you (away from the back of the window at an angle). Quickly and firmly pull down (popping) on the bottomrail 3 or 4 times. Raise and lower the shade, repeat as necessary. These steps should reset the cordless motors in the headrail so that the shade will raise and lower properly. If these steps do not work, please let us know and we will remake or repair the shades as needed. I will call you right away to get this taken care of.

“I just wanted to say I am SO happy with Blindster.com. I almost died at Home Depot when they told me my cellular blinds for only 1 bay window, 2 bedrooms and 1 bath would be a whopping $1500 (not including install!). My contractor told me to look online.
