I love these blinds- we struggled deciding whether to replace our old cellular shades with failing drawstrings, so I ordered 2 of these to try out- Love them so much the others are all going soon. Look great and fit and work perfectly. I was a little confused with the first installation because the instructions are for several types. The second one took me only 4 minutes to install from opening the box to being done! Love how quickly and effortlessly you can remove and place them back for cleaning the windows, etc. Great product

We are very happy with these blinds! We bought 6 top-down, bottom-up cordless cellular blinds for my in-laws living room. The customer service representative that helped me with ordering was extremely helpful and polite. She was very nice! The blinds arrived in a timely manner, in good shape, and well packaged. They installed quickly and easily and they look beautiful! We are all extremely happy with these blinds! They have a high quality look and feel and they work great. Best of all they were a great deal! We bought them during a blindster sale and paid a third of what it would have cost at any of our local retail or discount stores. We are extremely happy with this product and with blindster. As soon as we replace the old windows in our own home, we will be buying all of our new curtains and blinds from blinsdter!

Years ago in my previous home I ordered and installed custom Levolor shades. In my new home I decided to give Blindster.com a shot. I am very pleased with the shades I ordered and installed from Blindster.com. I feel as though they are better quality shades than the ones I previously purchased from Levolor (i.e. - it was hard to align the cordless blinds from Levolor so that both ends were level; and I incurred shipping costs about once per year to send the Levolor blinds in for repair). Also, my Blindster.com shades only cost about a third of what my old Levolor blinds cost me several years ago.

the shades work perfectly i have installed 7 months ago and only took me 5 minutes i used them at least 4 days a week and really provide a good privacy and excellent sun protection

We checked out purchasing blinds at an in town store, but Blindster was half the price. When one bracket was broken on arrival, they sent another. I think an improvement would be an additional plastic pull tab so they go up and down more evenly, but overall I'm totally a fan. It was nice and easy. Thanks.

I'm sorry that you are having problems with your cordless shades. It sounds like you may be missing on eof the clear plastic pulls that attached to the rails that move. If the shades do not retract evenly, the cordless cellular shades are designed to be self-correcting. To reset your cordless shades: Lower the shade down to its full height. Firmly hold the bottomrail with both hands and pull it towards you (away from the back of the window at an angle). Quickly and firmly pull down (popping) on the bottomrail 3 or 4 times. Raise and lower the shade, repeat as necessary. These steps should reset the cordless motors in the headrail so that the shade will raise and lower properly. If these steps do not work, please let us know and we will remake or repair the shades as needed. I will contact you directly to take care of everything. Thank you for your patience.
