“The blinds arrived neatly packaged. Installation was straightforward. The three blinds look nice. The top down bottom up feature is unique and we enjoy it. However, two of the three blind have a significant issue when raiding the blinds up as they rewind mechanism seems faulty. It takes much effort and time to eventually get the blinds into the fully rolled up position. The other blind works great!”

“We ordered these shades to get them in time for the holidays. The service was excellent. Even though there were a few customer induced delays we got them in time to install them before Christmas...and they look great. The price was very competitive and we will be ordering for the rest of the house as our remodel progresses.”

“I had several questions. The person I called was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I ordered 5 shades; Deluxe cordless Top Down, BottomUp cellular shades. The instruction had two thumb clips on the top bar and two on the bottom bar, to raise and lower each bar. But each kit only had two thumb clips not four. The order desk quickly sent me the other 5 sets for the top bars. I'm still very happy with my purchase. Thanks, Skip Myers”
