“We ordered 2 1/2 inch faux wood blinds for our entire house. One blind was manufactured too short. I contacted customer service, they requested a picture. After I sent a picture, we received a correct blind in a week. They look beautiful. They were very easy for my husband to install.”

“Overall quality of the blinds is good. The valances are cut too short for the blinds and 3 of them had magnet connectors broken off. I have emailed this concern requesting new valances but have not heard back.”

“I was a little worried about buying blinds on line but I do have to say I'm very happy with my purchase. Customer service was great! They are around the same price as the ones at Lowe's and Home Depot but these blinds are truly custom made and also the quality is much better. I had a small issue with one blind but they took care of it right away. I highly recommend this company!”

“These were much better than the Lowe's or Home Depot versions. Easy install. Only thing i didn't like is the Valance isn't finished on the ends so it looks unfinished.”
