I have to give a "Shout Out" to James at Blindster who put up with me on a couple occasions while I was trying to make a decision on what to order. He was patient and answered all my questions(Great Customer Service). We ordered 5 Premium 2 1/2'' blinds and I just installed 4 them. The install was fairly easy and straight forward. Make sure you spend time on the measurements and follow all instructions. If you do, it will be worth it and the savings is substantial - I'm so glad we didn't go with one of the big box stores on this... We are going to order more! Blindster was a great referral from a colleague!

My wife and I took a chance on the online order for our test blinds. Came within a reasonable time. Put them up and they're great. The only down side is one of our valances was broken during shipping due to poor packaging and I'm sure delivery men not carrying to much. Also a couple of slats/blinds have some noticeable imperfections in them. We're wanting to order the remaining 10 windows but want to get these issues resolved.

Ordered thirteen 2.5" blinds. Installed easily, but found 3 that tilted completely closed only in one direction. Tilting in the opposite direction only partially closed the blind. One set of blinds hung lower on the right side than on the left, from top to bottom

Ordered the blind for a seasonal home and had it delivered to my daughter's house, so I haven't seen or installed it yet. Will try to get there sometime in Feb to check on things and get it installed.

I placed my original order with Blindster September 4th. The purchase was for a new home with no existing blinds. The order did not even start production for nearly two weeks. When the order was finally started I was contacted and told that the style I wanted was no longer available. WHY DID IT TAKE TWO WEEKS to let me know? I called to express my frustration and I was told the Order would be rushed and shipped the next day. It was another two weeks before I received an email stating that they had shipped. The order took over a month to receive. The blinds are an average quality at a fair price, but if you need blinds in a hurry, this is not the place to order from!!
