“The over all quality is good, and the blinds are the right size. The part I dislike is the right hand cords for raising and lowering the blinds. Instead of combining the 4 cords into 1 pull, there are 4 separate pulls. That's right. There are 4 knobs hanging on the right side to perform the one function of raising and lowering the blinds. It looks terrible.”

I'm sorry you weren't happy with your blinds. Unfortunately, the Federal Child Safety Regulations require that the cords not be joined together to avoid creating a choking hazard.

“Ordered 3 blinds for side by side installation. One blind had the top most blind hanging about 3/8" lower than the other two. One blind had a single slat that was 3/16" longer than the rest. For the cost I expected more attention to the details. Otherwise the color was just as ordered, the blinds had great potential but the minor quality issues sort of screwed that up.”

“For the most part these were ok however we needed to replace a couple sets because they wouldn't rotate up & one was damaged during Shipping. We also didn't get enough brackets to install them all on all 3 orders that we placed. Very disappointing”
