“Was skeptical at first, tried 1 small window to see how they would look. Whole house is now done. We absolutely love them. The blinds are easy to install and look fantastic. Saved $600 over a local "budget blind" company. We highly recommend these blinds. The customer service folks are the best. Sandra was truly a joy to deal with.”

“I love the look of these, and the deal was fantastic. I paid more for the routless option, however, and really wish we hadn't. The small blinds blow in the wind and fall out quite often, and I have a really tough time getting them to lock. The non-routless, are fantastic- I wish I had saved the money and done them for all of our windows:(”

I'm sorry you aren't completely happy with your blinds. The routeless feature is a wonderful option for inside mount blinds in windows that are not opened often. However, because the slats will move around they do require straightening and the slats can be removed easily. I will contact you directly to see what we can do to get you blinds that you will be happy with. Thank you for your understanding.
