“The blind was for a kitchen window over my sink. The tilt strings are so short in order to open the blind I have to step on a chair. Blindster said they would replace it or get extra string from the manufacturer. I didn't want to return it and be without a blind for 2 weeks and to add string with knots showing wasn't a good solution either”

“I took a chance and it paid off. The website was easy to navigate andinformative. With the instructions online I was able to put up the blinds myself ( I have no training or exp). The blinds shipped fast and were of good/better than I expected quality.”

“I ordered one for a bedroom, the blind is so heavy that it's hard to raise. Not happy with it at all, I'll use for a while but will buy something else later, I would not recommend.”
