“Previously I commented that I was disappointed in my blinds as the pull cord to open/close failed to function. Blindster contacted me to advise they had changed manufacturer and then replaced all of my blinds at no charge. What a rare act of customer service!! I could not be happier and recommend this company without reservation. They also do a fabulous job with the custom sizing!”
