“The blinds are very nice but since they are shorter length I was sent a much shorter wands than usual which is really inconvenient because shorter windows happen to be placed higher up on the wall making it difficult to operate the wands without stretching and reaching. They also don't spin well with one hand so having to stretch and use both hands to open and close them is not easy especially when there is furniture in the way. I have asked for longer wands to be sent but haven't heard back yet about that.”
