“The order came in 10 days and the sizes were good but the color of the blinds was different than the color of the sample we received. I am not sure where the problem was, the sample swatch or the person who made them. I got in contact with Customer Service and they refunded my money and said to reorder - no questions asked.”

“Only 1 criticism, and it's minor, although it cost me about an hour during installation. The picture of the bracket in the instructions doesn't look anything like the actual bracket, so not being a DIYer, I put them up wrong first & had to change them. Finally found a video on YouTube that showed the correct bracket. The rest of them were easy.”

“Even though there was a few hiccups with the shipping times. I love, love, love this product! Easy to install and has a beautiful clean look. My dogs however, are very confused lol (See video) I will order more soon”
