“Do you allow for exterior colors? My condo association only allows certain exterior colors so when I ordered my blinds, I did not realize that the colors were for the interior, not exterior. Consequently, my cords are on the outside not inside the window. Otherwise, blinds are great.”

“The blackout shades are what I expected but hanging instructions very vague. Ordered extension brackets and they were listed on packing slip but not enclosed. Called customer service and was told these brackets were no longer a option, even though I called before ordering and was specifically told they would be included. Upon review customer service rep found some in another warehouse and sent them to me. Like the left hand doesn't know what the right is doing. Well in short I received the extension brackets and shades are up. Satisfied with end result but not happy how I got there.”

“I purchased a set of three top down bottom up, black out, cellular shades for our bedroom bay windows. We received them very quickly and they were relatively easy to install. However, on two of the blinds we immediately had problems with the locking mechanism not holding in place when engaging the top down function. I emailed photos and a description of the problem we were having as requested by customer service, and I was very impressed with how quickly it was resolved. We received two new blinds and so far they are functioning as designed.”
