“We live in Phoenix area and have a southwestern wall of bay windows constantly exposed to sun and heat. All my other windows have plantation shutters, but this southwestern room is more comfortable with double cellular shades. These shades replaced similar shades that finally gave out after 10 years. Trees outside window are finally maturing to provide more shade, so hope new shades last a little longer. No problems ordering or hanging. Just gave measurements as instructed. Even managed to hang the 94 inch shade by myself. Only regret was that I didn't order the two smaller shades with continuous loop option. The continuous loop option works great on larger shade and looks better than hanging cords. I am a 67 year old do-it-yourself woman, so these shades can be hung by anyone.”

“I ordered 8 motorized blinds and had an issue with the strings breaking in 2 of them. Blindster was very quick in responding to the issue and making them right. Other than that glitch, the quality of the blinds is great. I'll buy more.”

“It's very lightweight and easy to handle alone. I accidentally ordered the wrong size, but when I called they, were awesome and sent me the correct size...... even though it was my fault!! They told me to donate the wrong sized one to charity.”

“Only issue I had was marking where to drill the holes for the brackets. If I had to do more windows again, I would make some sort of right angle template that I could slide along top of the window opening; to make sure all brackets were parallel.”

“Very happy with our purchase. A bit difficult to remove the existing shades but we were able to use the old hardware. My hubby measured slightly too short and we had to order new shades. The new shades arrived about a week later and they look great! Only cost us $45 to ship the second order. We're happy campers...”
